Scope of Work
Ultimate Construction was responsible for the fabrication and installation of approximately 1,600 square feet of 4mm Reynobond ACM panels. Fabrication was completed in-house by ASF, enabling tight quality control and efficient coordination between shop production and on-site installation.
The scope required precise layout and sequencing due to limited site access and staging space, emphasizing the importance of accurate fabrication and just-in-time delivery.

Project Highlights
This project highlighted Ultimate Construction’s ability to deliver a fully integrated solution, managing both fabrication and installation under a single scope. Producing the panels in-house allowed the team to maintain consistency across all assemblies while reducing potential delays typically associated with third-party fabrication
Despite the confined job site, the field team executed installation efficiently and safely, coordinating closely with the general contractor and other trades to maintain progress. The streamlined fabrication-to-installation workflow contributed to a smooth execution from start to finish.

Outcome / Results
The Nichols Center project was completed on schedule, without safety incidents, and in full alignment with the design intent. Ultimate Construction’s hands-on approach, combined with in-house fabrication capabilities, ensured a high-quality finished product that enhances the architectural character of the building.
The completed installation stands as a strong example of Ultimate Construction’s ability to deliver precise, custom-fabricated exterior systems within active campus environments.
