From that mindset came a 45-person operation, a fab-shop with millions worth of machinery, and a fleet of 70+ lifts ready to deploy at a moment’s notice. We built our own playbook, and it’s why today’s marquee General Contractors trust us with their highest-stakes projects.

In 2009, we opened up our first office – located in West Hartford, CT. This was a major step forward for our young company at the time, giving us a central location that perpetuated our growth.
In 2015, we were featured in Metal Architecture for our work on the Charter Oak Federal Credit Union building in Waterford, CT. Ultimate installed an insulation and vapor barrier wall system, earning recognition for quality.
In 2018, Ultimate Construction made a move – opening our current office in Southington, CT. This move marked expansion for the company, and the design of the building represented the bold qualities that Ultimate represents.
Ultimate worked on the Canal Dock Boathouse project, installing over 10,000 sq ft of metal panels. We were once again recognized, this time in Metal Construction, for our contributions to this project.
Ultimate’s subsidiary, ASF, was founded in 2019 – marking an expansion of our capabilities and opening a new chapter for Ultimate.
Ultimate contributed to the Hursey Center project at the University of Hartford, a project which received much recognition region-wide for innovation and design.
As of 2026, Ultimate Construction continues to grow and build – continuing to push boundaries, one job at a time.
